At The Eze Foundation, our events and campaigns bring young people together to build skills, gain exposure, and create genuine opportunities for the future.
Each year, we host the Eze Invitational, a grassroots football tournament that gives young people the chance to play at a professional standard, free from the barriers that so often stand in the way — no cost, no stumbling blocks, just the chance to enjoy the game and be part of something special.
Alongside this, we run career days in partnership with global brands, giving young people direct exposure to industries in sport, entertainment, and technology, and the chance to build relationships with professionals who can help guide their next steps. We also deliver regular talks and workshops in schools across London, working closely with partner organisations to reach young people where they are and equip them with practical skills and real-world insight.
Whether on the pitch, in the classroom, or at a careers event, our campaigns are built around one goal: showing young people that opportunity is within reach, and giving them the tools, connections, and confidence to take it.
