he first panel included Joyce Havemeier Senior Marketing and Events Manager, Daniel Geey Senior Sports and Entertainment Lawyer at Sheridan Law firm, Alex Boateng cofounder 0207 Def Jam and Neil McSteen Senior music Agent at CAA They shared invaluable advice on specialising within an industry, different career routes, building confidence, and how networking can open doors to your dream role.
On the second panel we heard from William Bitibiri Sports Journalist at Sky Sports, Ella G Ireri Marketing and Partnership at CAA, Tee Buxton Senior Partnerships and Community Manager at Gung ho, Abi Mint Senior Account Executive at Rising Ballers Who explored overcoming rejection, building a portfolio beyond qualifications, and breaking down what their roles really look like day-to-day.
